Hi, I'm Young. I'm a strategic product designer, community founder, and an MBA candidate at WHU. I lead design on large-scale products in constraint-heavy industries such as aviation and banking, which taught me to balance people and speed. The two have to coexist for anything new to happen. Alongside my full-time role I lead a design community of over 1,000 designers in Berlin, and speak at company and conference talks.
Born in South Korea, I have since lived across Seoul, Shanghai and Paris before settling in Berlin. Moving between them taught me how differently good work can look depending on the room you are in, which is why I look for teams where I can inspire and be inspired.
