As part of Deutsche Bank's Project Unity, Europe's largest IT migration, the BestSign app was rebuilt end-to-end and now ships as a standalone app and embedded approval layer across every Deutsche Bank subsidiary.

When COVID-19 hit in 2020, Deutsche Bank saw an opportunity to get closer to business customers at the hardest moment. A newly formed team shipped the bank's first dedicated business banking platform, shaped by user feedback at every step.

Strategic Product Designer

Hi, I'm Young. I'm a strategic product designer, community founder, and MBA candidate at WHU. Born in South Korea, I've since lived across Seoul, Shanghai, and Paris before settling in Berlin. Moving between them taught me that diverse perspectives make the work better, which is why I value an open, diverse culture that welcomes different ideas when working in teams.

That mindset carries into my day job. I design large-scale digital products mostly in constraint-heavy industries like aviation and banking, where design has to move fast without breaking the things that matter most: regulation, trust, safety. Alongside my full-time role, I lead a design community of over 1,000 designers in Berlin, and speak at company and conference events.
